Eng. Noha Sakr
Co-Founder & Facilities Management Director
Eng. Noha Sakr, 38 years experience in Managed services of telecommunications and electromechanical systems. Upon launching Chefox Y2014 she dedicated all her time & effort to be the backbone of the 1st weight loss bootcamp in Egypt & the Middle East.
At Chefox her main responsibilities are to manage & follow up all the facility services including material supply, food & beverages, house keeping, maintenance, etc... Our guests believe that Noha is the unknown soldier of the camp, but she considers herself its spiritual mother.
Co-Founder & Camp Director
The young entrepreneur is an engineering graduate from the French University and a former swimming champion who quit her sports career because of a shoulder injury. Since 2004, she has been trying to lose that weight she gained after quitting swimming, by using all traditional and non traditional ways. She believes that the problem of losing weight in Egypt is because of the lifestyle that makes it very hard to diet and to maintain the weight. To help herself lose weight and maintain the weight loss, Nada has created a new concept in healthy-living that will elevate the idea of getting fit.
She also founded CHEFOX to help people, who are seriously eager to lose weight, stay in-shape and change their lifestyle. Nada has a real passion for facilitating positive behavioral changes in the people she works with. Her approach is one that allows each individual to identify their own goals and choose the approach to aid their development. Nada supports them in becoming aware of, and making changes to, any negative habits they may have developed in relation to their health and well-being.
The young entrepreneur is an engineering graduate, he has been working in a family construction business for 10 years.
His passion for hospitality and interest in new people lead him to pursue a degree in psychology that later made him decide to make a complete career shift into a world that combines all his passions. He found this world in fitness & weight loss hospitality residential bootcamps.
Mohamed’s approach is a practical one that focuses on human psychology and achieving tangible result ... while never forgetting the fun in it all. Mohamed is sharply pinpointed towards innovation.
Farida Thakeb -Graduate of the GUC with a Double major in Innovation and Strategic management.She managed to build and operate her own business during her third year in college. She took part and lead many teams in students activities. She is currently working as a project manager in a renowned company.
At first, she was forced to join Chefox by her sister as a camper to lose weight, eventually she became part of the team. She was determined enough to lose 20 kilos over the span of 5 months after the camp. She aspires to inspire and motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle because she believes that if she can do it everyone else can do it too.
Heba El Hefny
Heba El Hefny, is a 48 years old lady, has her own business for 17 years now. She came to Chefox 3 years ago seeking help to lose weight and raise her fitness level.
Today Heba is Camp Manager at Chefox and she is determined to help other people realize their dream. and reach their health and fitness goals! Heba believes that Chefox is her happy place, and Chefox just can't be more proud.
Crossfit / Bootcamp
A fitness enthusiast, Crossfit Competitor and a motivational writer, She started doing usual sports just like anyone .. why Allaa started ?! She was a professional model for more than 4 years She dropped the modeling field as a result her weight dramatically increased! That’s when She decided to start working-out for a better her & finally She was on the right track for a better health, lifestyle & as a result a better shape.
From that time She made a decision.. as She was helped by someone to achieve this! She won’t just workout to preserve what she has achieved but She will also help others to achieve their goals just like She did so She worked hard on herself and She became a Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer.
Crossfit / Bootcamp
She has always been a fan of all the different sports initiatives that recently happened in Egypt in the past 6 years such as GBI, Cairo Runners, Crossfit and many more. Her passion is and has always been sports, music and dance. Ever since She was a little girl, She has always been dreaming of owning a fitness studio where sports, music and dance would magically blend.
Her overwhelming passion continued to grow until She became a certified Group Fitness Instructor while She was still a university student. She started working as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2005 at AUC teaching a variety of classes (Cardio, step aerobics, Hip-hop dance, Toning) and continued teaching classes at other studios until this day.

Ranked as the champion of the republic of Egypt's female boxing for weights 48 and 51 Kg.
Ranked as the champion of the republic of Egypt's female Kickboxing for weight of 51 Kg.
Member of the kickboxing national team of Egypt for several years.
Ranked as the champion of the republic of Egypt's female Kong Foe for weight of 52 Kg.
Ranked as the second of the world's champion of Kickboxing that was arranged at Malta.

Bootybarre & Strong by Zumba Instructor
Sally Salama is a certified bootybarre instructor with over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry. Kicking off her fitness career back in 2008 through her very own fitness facility dedicated for women and then fell in love with Pilates and Zumba where she pursued teaching which ended up being a life changing experience.
Now she is licensed and certified in multiple formats and creating a positive impact on hundreds of women through her classes everyday. Sally is a former professional gymnast who grew into a fitness enthusiast and professional.
At the age of 3 years, Maggie started her sports journey with the traditional mix of Ballet and Tennis. She then took a tour throughout the years into other different sports till she landed on basketball and stayed there for all her school years. It is there where her love for group sports and group activities grew strong. That is why aerobics classes of all kinds was her next stop.
Maggie works as a coach, an energy healer and a trainer and has become a Zumba instructor since April 2014. Her passion for Zumba comes from that combination of great music, amazing exchange of energy, and Fitness work. She loves to see everybody sweating like crazy to the fun beats, so get ready.
They say "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you" well She has started her challenge 5 years ago as an intern in a fitness company then She discovered that this is her passion and that just changed her alot !!
She went from intern to assistant coach then coach, then She took the course to become an instructor for the most intensive cardiovascular workout yet fun one and that was the jumping fitness certificate! So let's change your perspective of fitness, let her introduce you to one hell of a session that mix fitness with fun.
Farah is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor trained in Nepal and based in Cairo,Egypt. She found her passion in practicing and teaching yoga after it helped her achieve self-fulfillment by connecting to the universe. She believes that "You only need to have a body and a sense of commitment in order to practice yoga".
Farah is specialized in Hatha yoga which employs a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, cleansing processes and mindful awareness of the physical and subtle bodies to prepare for contemplation and meditation.

Chef Mahmood El-Masry graduated from the Faculty of Law and worked for a period of time, but his passion for cooking, for food and its relation to health and nutrition never left him apart. He decided to change carrer and became a professional chef mastering international cuisine & healthy nutritious cooking.
Our head chef Mahmoud is a fully qualified chef and has years experience in healthy-eating restaurants. He is extremely approachable and brings a fun and exciting mix to the nutrition program. He runs the cookery workshop during the camp and provides some of our recipes, tips and tricks as part of the Chefox post course program.
Nutrition Health Coach
Dalia has always been passionate about dance and fitness. Aerobics, weight & interval training and Latin dance have always been part of her life, something that made her feel alive, helped flavor her life and always pushed her to move forward. She had a corporate job for 2 years after graduation, and it all started when she started attending Zumba classes back then. She fell in love with it right away as it combines the two things that she has always loved doing but separately; Latin dance and fitness.
She first started teaching Zumba in parallel with her job, then decided to leave the corporate world and take her passion for fitness and wellness to a more professional level. To add more variety to her classes, she got certified in Bootybarre and Jumping Fitness along the way; and because proper nutrition is an integral part of fitness and wellness, she studied to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
Dr. Ingy Mostafa Hashad
Ingy Hashad is an Assistant Professor in the Biochemistry Department, Faculty of Pharmacy & Biotechnology, and German University in Cairo .She earned her PhD in Biochemistry at 2012. Hashad is a Clinical Nutrition specialist, earned her nutrition diploma from the American University in Cairo and the American Association of Continuing Medical Education.
She is currently working as a clinical nutrition specialist at Inshape weight loss clinics and is the nutrition consultant for ‘’Hero Baby’ ’ the baby food company for Egypt, Middle East and Africa.
Dr. Hadeer Mahmoud
Dr.Hadeer Mahmoud, physical therapist graduated from MUST. She has been working hard on herself to be more qualified so She studied manual therapy and TCM among other courses She attended and still do.
She started an early career that gave her the opportunity to gather that much information and techniques to help her patients throughout their health problems and that not only pleases them but also made her proud and happy cause taking away somebody’s pain is a great job comes side by side with great effort.

Carine is a Registered Dietitian
Member of the Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec (OPDQ).
Carine Zarifa is a Registered Dietitian. She believes in an “everything in moderation” approach and encourages people to ditch the calorie counting and diet mentality and enjoy real, whole foods.. Carine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University (Canada) and is a member of the Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec (OPDQ). Since starting her own private practice in 2015, Carine has helped thousands of people lead a healthier lifestyle through her one-on-one nutrition counseling services and dynamic group seminars. She focuses on educating people instead of giving them ready-made meal plans; she explains to her clients what to eat, how much to eat, and most importantly how to enjoy the whole food experience.
Carine is the owner and the author of “Santé by Carine Zarifa”, a Facebook and Instagram page that started in 2015 as a way to motivate others to lead healthier and more balanced lives. Carine currently works at Hayat Medical Center and other clinics. She works with a broad range of conditions, including weight management, digestive disorders, cardiovascular health, diabetes, epilepsy, eating disorders, and sports nutrition.
Nahed earned the B.Sc. degree of physical fitness at 1997 with 24 years of experience in the massage field. Nahed earned In addition a diploma of injuries and physical therapy and advanced courses for foot massage.
Nahed’s experience in the massage field started two years ahead of graduation, which directed her to take over the full responsibility of the massage center of the shooting club since the graduation year up until the current date.
Mayar El Shafei

Currently training as a psychiatrist & is an aesthetic doctor at Plastic Surgery Clinic.

Made A Backpacking Volunteering Journey From Cape Town to Cairo by road which took her 42 days.
