Where Clinical Expertise Meets Movement, Recovery & Empowerment
Miriam Albert is a licensed Senior Physiotherapist with over six years of diverse clinical experience across leading hospital and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Her background spans musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, neurological and pediatric physiotherapy, ICU rehabilitation, and functional recovery, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the body, movement, pain, and the different challenges that can affect a person’s physical wellbeing.
Throughout her career, Miriam has worked with patients across a wide spectrum of conditions and stages of recovery. Her approach begins with careful assessment and understanding the individual behind the condition, allowing her to develop personalized rehabilitation plans designed around each person’s needs, abilities, limitations, and goals.
Her clinical expertise includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional mobility, rehabilitation planning, and patient education. She strongly believes that effective physiotherapy is not simply about treating pain, it is about helping people understand their bodies, regain confidence in movement, improve function, and build the physical foundations for a healthier life.
Miriam’s experience has been shaped through her work at Abbassia Fever Hospital, El Galaa Military Hospital, and El Watany Center for Physical Therapy, where she has worked within multidisciplinary healthcare environments and developed a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Beyond clinical practice, Miriam has also contributed to the development of future physiotherapists through supervising and training physiotherapy internship students, including educating them on clinical practice and infection prevention and control procedures within hospital environments.
A Partner in Every Woman’s Physical Journey at Chefox
At Chefox Camp, Miriam’s role goes beyond traditional physiotherapy.
She becomes an important part of each guest’s journey toward moving better, becoming stronger, recovering safely, and reconnecting with her body.
Every woman arrives at Chefox with a different body and a different story. Some are returning to exercise after years of inactivity. Some struggle with joint discomfort, limited mobility, weakness, or balance. Others are becoming more physically active while going through a significant weight-loss journey.
Miriam helps us make that journey safer, smarter, and more individualized.
Through assessment, rehabilitation, therapeutic movement, manual techniques, mobility work, and close collaboration with Chefox’s trainers, nutrition team, and healthcare professionals, she helps ensure that each woman is supported according to what her body actually needs.
Her multidisciplinary clinical background brings an additional layer of safety and expertise to the Chefox experience, helping us understand not only how much a guest can do, but how she should move, where she may need additional support, and how we can help her progress confidently.
Because at Chefox, transformation has never been only about the number on the scale.
It is about becoming stronger. Moving more freely. Feeling capable again. Understanding your body. Trusting it. And discovering what it can do.
With Miriam as part of the Chefox team, physiotherapy becomes another integral part of that transformation, bridging clinical care, movement, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
