The Ayurvedic Wellness Program will be led by certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Panchakarma Therapist & Yogi Ahmed El Fouly (aka Babaji); it is a thoughtfully curated journey into the ancient art and science of healing, tailored to fit your body-mind type, invite balance to the body, restore wholesomeness to the mind, and together uplift the spirit.
Offered exclusively on select dates—rather than being available year-round—this program invites participants to immerse themselves in traditional Ayurvedic principles during focused timeframes.
INTEGRATING
A DYNAMIC BLEND OF
- Plant-Based Dietary Plan & Guidance based on individual constitution (body-mind type called Dosha), with mindful eating practices and seasonal food choices
- Introductory Workshops that empower participants to incorporate individual balance and natural healing into their daily life
- Daily Routines including yoga, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, concentration, and self-inquiry to establish physical, vital and mental stability and resilience
- Massage Sessions performed using hand-made rich & therapeutic Ayurvedic herbal oils promoting relaxation, detoxification, and rejuvenation
- Herbal Remedies Protocol aiming directly to help restore and improve the Metabolic process (Inner Fire called Agni) in the digestive tract as well as on the cellular level.
- Personalized Integral Diet & Lifestyle Guidelines, where guests explore versatile mediums of assessments, particularly: personal consultations, Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques, as well as self-observation techniques.
